I ordered my first may without checking to see if it was best for the hot room, mine was not. I sent a short email asking if my order hadn't been sent, can I please switch to one that is better suited for the hot room.
3 days later i got a response with links to my options and it was perfectly worded. Caring, professional and prompt! Customer service alone is worth the support.
As for my mat..
First off, gorgeous!! And well constructed! I've used it once so far and I loved the grip, until I didn't. First 45 of class was perfectly holding me. After the sweat started puddling, it got slippery. If you sweat a lot, I'd suggest toweling up puddle every now and then.
The mat may get sticker or not. I'll update later.
Love love love! I’d buy from them again. Great mat. Helps me stick my moves with ease. Makes all the difference. Also the design is so cute!!! Getting so many compliments.
They're a Hit! I saw these mats on Instagram & what caught my eye was when the mats were being hosed down with a person doing down dog. I own a heated Yoga Studio & students struggle with slipping on their mats which create a distraction during practice. On a whim I purchased a Vegan & Suede for my students to test run. It was a success, every person gave them a thumbs up & I have been selling them ever since. Also not to leave out how appealing they are to the eye. It is such a nice change of pace to see a piece of artwork under your feet. The shape & designs are beautiful. It's a nice change from the boring solid color rectangle. I also just added the mat straps to the menu. They are unique, soft & hand made.

Didn’t think I needed a new yoga mat, but it turned out to be one of the best purchases I’ve made. Other than the beautiful design, the mat’s materials are extremely soft and the grip is incredible. Highly recommend getting one 🫶🏻
