Work In LLC – Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Work In LLC. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, we understand there may be occasions where you need to return a purchase. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.
1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility for Returns
Standard Purchases
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date. Once initiated, items must be shipped back within 7 days of the return label being created.
- To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
- Only one return, refund and/or exchange is allowed per order. If multiple items were purchased in the same order, more than one may be returned, but only under this single return request.
Try Before You Buy (TBYB) Orders
- This program applies only to individual yoga mats purchased through our Try Before You Buy option. Bundles, accessories, or discounted sets are not eligible.
- Limit: one TBYB mat per customer (not per order). Customers who have already participated in the program are not eligible for additional TBYB purchases.
- The trial period begins on the date the order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
- Customers have 7 calendar days to try the mat at home.
- If you do not wish to keep the mat, you must initiate the return request no later than the 7th day of the trial. If no return is initiated by that time, the full purchase price (as shown at the time of order) will be charged automatically and will not be eligible for refund.
- Mats must be returned in reasonable condition. Excessive damage, stains, or misuse may result in denial of the return.
1.2 Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased on sale or as part of bundles.
- Accessories (e.g., straps, blankets, blocks) unless defective.
1.3 Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@workinjourney.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Once approved, we will provide a pre-paid return label and instructions. All returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the label.
2. Refunds
2.1 Standard Purchases
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
2.2 Try Before You Buy (TBYB) Orders
- At checkout, we place an authorization hold on your payment method for the full amount of the selected mat.
- If you keep the product beyond the trial period, the authorization will be captured, the payment processed automatically and will not be eligible for refund.
- If you initiate a return during the allowed period, no charge will be made.
2.3 Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.
- If you’ve completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@workinjourney.com.
Exchanges
- We do offer exchanges within 14 days of the purchase date for standard purchases. To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@workinjourney.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
- Exchanges are not valid for Try Before You Buy (trial) orders. Customers using the trial program may either keep or return the mat under the TBYB rules.
