Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

• Buy Now Orders: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase as long as it has not shipped. Once shipped, our standard Return and Refund Policy applies.

• Try Before You Buy Orders: Orders placed under the Try Before You Buy program cannot be canceled once shipped. Customers may either keep the mat or initiate a return within the 7-day trial period, as outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.
