Collection: Artisan-Made Mat Holders / Straps

I ordered my first may without checking to see if it was best for the hot room, mine was not. I sent a short email asking if my order hadn't been sent, can I please switch to one that is better suited for the hot room.
3 days later i got a response with links to my options and it was perfectly worded. Caring, professional and prompt! Customer service alone is worth the support.
As for my mat..
First off, gorgeous!! And well constructed! I've used it once so far and I loved the grip, until I didn't. First 45 of class was perfectly holding me. After the sweat started puddling, it got slippery. If you sweat a lot, I'd suggest toweling up puddle every now and then.
The mat may get sticker or not. I'll update later.

It not only looks great but also feels amazing. Love to do all kinds of workouts (not only yoga) on it.

I pour sweat and this mat is perfect for not slipping! It’s gorgeous and very interesting to look at while I practice! The owners are Peruvian and it’s awesome to bring some Peruvian art to the studio I practice at in Albuquerque New Mexico! 11/10 also it’s bigger than most mats I’ve owned which is awesome it gives me a little more space in packed ass classes! Helps me take up space! Winning!

I bought this so I wouldn't have to buy a bag for my yoga mat because I feel like it's such a hassle. When this came in the mail, I immediately put it on my mat. I LOVE IT and definitely made a good choice on the strap. Just as pictured in description.

I can’t tell you how much I love this mat! From the colors, the design, the meaning of the name “pacha”and the feeling I get when I practice yoga. I love the grip when I start sweating and how soft it is to slide from cobra to downward dog. Love, love, love it!

I have fallen in love with these yoga mats. They are absolutely beautiful and as yogi of many decades, the quality is outstanding. Highly recommend! I fell in love with the pattern and I use my Yaku mat to almost every yoga class I take! The grip is incredible that I can confidently flow without the fear of slipping & I use some of the lines to help with my alignment! The fact that it’s practicable & super cute is a win for me :)

I teach yoga in a heated studio in Hawaii and also take lots of yoga classes and sweaty workout classes. I’ve been using lululemon for a long time and have been wanting to move away from the toxic hyper-industrialized overpriced companies but hadn’t found the right fit yet. Tried cork mats, recycled bottle mats, many kinds, and nothing ever worked. I’ve had the Kene mat for a week now and I am 100% obsessed !! I talk about it all the time ! The grip is amazing and the sweatier you get, more grip it provides. Truly an amazing piece and even more special that it has a meaning behind its design.
