Love the thickness of the mat it’s nice cause it doesn’t scrunch up at all while I’m working out like some other mats do. It’s made from a softer material but if you want a slicker feel that still has good grip I’d get the ayahuasca mat !
Such a great mat! so practical, flexible and micro suede top is great to replace a mat towel
